Create Your Own Subscription |
|
Customize your subscription by selecting a minimum of four or more different events on this order form. Subtotal your selections and subtract 10%. The Create Your Own Subscription does not include
Riverdance, Friday, November 2-4, 8:00 p.m. to Sunday, November 26 at 2:00 p.m., all Disney’s Beauty and the Beast performances and the University of Akron Forum Series. These shows call be purchased in a package or as single ticket events only. |

Single Tickets |
|
If you are interested in purchasing tickets to three events or less, you are a single ticket patron. To order single tickets select your events on the order form and total your selections. Single tickets for most shows go on sale Saturday, August 12, 2000, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Single tickets for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast will go on sale Thursday, November 30, 2000. |

Single Ticket Patrons who are 62 and older, 12 and younger and University of Akron Faculty/Staff receive $2.00 off Price A, B or C. |

Subtract a $2.00 discount from the single ticket price on the order form. Discounts must be made at time of purchase. Valid for single ticket, buyers only. No single ticket discounts on all performances of

Single Tickets for University of Akron Students |
|
University of Akron students may purchase up to two tickets per show for $10.00 off Price A, B or C on selected shows. Contact the Thomas Hall Ticket Office for specific UA student discount information. A valid University of Akron ID is required in person at the Thomas Hall Ticket Office or at Gardner Student Center only. Exceptions: 50% off any of the speakers in the Univeristy of Akron Forum and Emerging Artist Series. No single ticket discounts on all Performances of
Riverdance, Stomp, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Tim Conway & Harvey
Korman, Liza Minnelli or Ragtime. |

Pre-Paid Parking Passes are available on this order form for $3.00 each. Passes are valid for all the surrounding lots and the Thomas Hall deck on an availability basis. Parking day of show is $5.00 per car. |

WHEN TO ORDER |
| 1999-2000 subscribers who want to order Create Your Own, University of Akron Forum and Emerging Artist Series will receive priority seating until Friday, July 28, 2000. Orders will then be filled in the order received according to the postmarked date. You may also order by phone or at the Thomas Hall Ticket Office window during business hours. Tickets will be mailed out, in mid-August. |
