Parking Questions:
For all three Broadway shows, you’re required to present your Broadway in Akron subscriber parking ticket to the attendant at the deck or lot. Your parking plaque indicates to the traffic officers that you are a special season subscriber and have special parking privileges in the E.J. Thomas parking deck. Both your parking ticket and parking plaque are needed. You’ll receive parking tickets and plaque with your season tickets.
In the event that you’ve misplaced these items or can’t find a spot to park, the below FAQs are intended to help your parking experience go smoothly.
What if I lost my parking plaque? Call the ticket office at 330-972-7570 and request another be mailed to you. Be sure to indicate that you are a Broadway in Akron subscriber.
I forgot to bring my parking ticket with me the night of the show; what do I do? You will still have the special Broadway in Akron parking, but you will have to pay the fee for parking. Show the traffic officer your parking plaque and pay the $5 fee for parking to the attendant at the deck/lot.
I forgot my parking plaque the night of the show; what do I do? Park in any available lot surrounding E.J. Thomas Hall.
The E.J. Thomas Hall parking deck is full; what do I do? The EJ deck holds only 250 cars, so we have designated Lot No. 27 for over flow parking. This lot is directly across from the Hill Street entrance and is sometimes more convenient for subscribers who have tickets with odd entry numbers to park. |
