As of Thursday, June 30th, the ticket office has been temporarily relocated to the Main Administrative Office Entrance on Hill Street.
The Thomas Hall Ticket Office is located at the top of the parking deck ramp, with access from Hill Street. Convenient five minute parking is available curbside for patrons wanting to purchase tickets in person, or call (330) 972-7570. The Thomas Hall Ticket Office lobby is handicap accessible. Tickets are also available through Ticketmaster. Please remember all ticket sales are final.

Hours of Operation
The Ticket Office will be closed in observance of The Fourth of July holiday on Monday, July 4, 2011.
Summer Hours: 11am – 4pm, Monday – Friday (May 10 – August 20)
Regular Season Ticket Office Hours: 11am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday
On weekend show days, the ticket office opens 2 hours prior to performance and remains open until the end of intermission. For Stage Door performances only, you can purchase tickets for that day’s performance 1 hour prior at the Stage Door entrance. For the night of a Stage Door performance, we accept only cash for ticket purchases.

Discounts
A $2.00 per ticket discount is available to persons 62 and older, 12 and younger and University of Akron Faculty/Staff on Price A & B tickets only, to selected Thomas Hall shows. When ordering tickets, please inform the ticket associate that you are eligible for a discount. Discounts are only available through the Thomas Hall
Ticket Office. Discounts are
not valid on any previously purchased tickets or with any other discount offer. |
Handling Fee
A $5.00 handling fee will be charged on all phone and mail orders. |
Tickets for Children
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a
seat and be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. Performances are not recommended for children under the age of four. |
Refunds
Please check your tickets carefully as all sales are final. Exchanges are not permitted. Refunds are only given if an event is canceled and not replaced and are made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase. |

Gift Certificates are available and valid for one year from
the date of purchase. |
