EJCafé Located in the Herberich Lobby, the EJCafé offers an impressive view of The University of Akron campus and the grand public spaces of E. J. Thomas Hall. The Café offers counter service and table seating where patrons may enjoy a selection of cheeses and fine wines or indulge in a scrumptious dessert. Specialty coffees, baked goods and an array of beverages round out the menu. With an opening time one hour prior to most shows, the EJCafé is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ambience of the Hall while missing last minute traffic. The EJCafé pre-order service allows one to skip the lines that form at intermission. Refreshment selections may be made before the show and are set at a reserved table, ready to enjoy at intermission. Groups attending shows at Thomas Hall may make arrangements for special accommodations at the Café. The Café is an ideal place for groups to gather and socialize over food, wine and beverages before the show and at intermission. Gourmet cheese trays and dessert buffets are house specialties.
